YEHOVAH's will for His holy name to be known and proclaimed is made clear. He Himself stated His name explicitly over 70 times in the Torah (the first five books of the Bible) alone as shown in the table below (KJV).  The title "the "LORD" has been changed for you to "YEHOVAH," G_d has been changed to Elohim, the words of the Father are in red, and bold emphasis added:
Genesis 15:7
And he said unto him, I am YEHOVAH that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it.
Genesis 28:13
And, behold, YEHOVAH stood above it, and said, I am YEHOVAH Elohim of Abraham thy father, and the Elohim of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
Exodus 6:2-3
And Elohim spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am YEHOVAH: And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of El Shaddai but by my name YEHOVAH was I not known to them.

Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am YEHOVAH, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:

And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you an Elohim: and ye shall know that I am YEHOVAH your Elohim, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am YEHOVAH.

That YEHOVAH spake unto Moses, saying, I am YEHOVAH: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say unto thee.

And the Egyptians shall know that I am YEHOVAH, when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them.
Exodus 7:17
Thus saith YEHOVAH, In this thou shalt know that I am YEHOVAH: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.

And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am YEHOVAH in the midst of the earth.

And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of YEHOVAH thy Elohim, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am YEHOVAH that healeth thee.

I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel: speak unto them, saying, At even ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread; and ye shall know that I am YEHOVAH your Elohim.

* "Fear" as used in these verses means "to have a reverential awe of." "Reverential" or "revered" means a "profound adoring awed respect."
